3D image (3D array of voxels) filters like skeletonization or HitAndMiss

Is there any free library similar to Aforge which would allow me to do skeletonization and HitA开发者_如何学运维ndMiss on a 3D image (3D array of voxels)?

I did not find any C# library so I use ImageJ reps. Fiji to do the task.
