jquery mobile bug on click hyperlink button inside header / footer

I found a bug in jquery mobile, and it is reproducible in its demo version.

Goto demo url, and click on "any hyperlink button" in toolbar (with black background). It will redirect to a new page. At the new p开发者_如何学Cage --> click "Back" button , it will redirect to previous page with MISSING header.

I could easily resolve this by moving the hyperlink to div data-role="content" -- but this is not what I want..

Is there any idea how to resolve this?
