Application not deployed automatically on saving

I am using netbeans 6.7 and Jonas 5 server that I integrated using a plugin. The problem is that whenever I h开发者_StackOverflow社区ave to redeploy the application on the server I have to stop the server and have to redeploy it again means the application is not automatically deployed when I save the files even though the checkbox for Deploy on Save in Project -> Properties -> run is checked.
