The HTML list tags appears in the report?

Q:

I have a text editor allowing the user to format its text . The user enter some data stored in the 开发者_如何学编程data base like this:

• test1
• test2
• test3

The problem is appeared in my report .The previous list appeared in the text box with the HTML tags .

How to show the following list in the report in (rendered mode) not (HTML mode).
